Using the website
You may use the site to search flights, review the car rental examples, and send a cruise inquiry or a contact message. Use it for a lawful purpose, and do not attempt to break, overload, or bypass the forms. Do not send another person’s personal information unless you have a proper reason to do so and the information is accurate.
The site may limit how often a form can be submitted from one session. A hidden field on the forms is there to catch automated submissions. Leave it blank.
Information you submit
You are responsible for the name, email, phone number, dates, and other details you enter. The site checks the format of those fields. A format check does not prove that a trip exists or that a supplier will accept you. If a saved inquiry or message has a mistake, contact the desk with the reference number and the correction.
Flight search
Flight search sends airport, date, adult-passenger count, cabin, and stop preference to Duffel when a server token is configured. The page shows offers from that reply, up to a limited number, sorted by total. If the token is missing, or Duffel returns nothing, the page says so. Sample fares are not invented.
Offers can be test-mode results. A result on this page is not a ticket, a held seat, or a promise that the fare can still be bought. Children and infants are not part of the search. The search is not stored as a booking.
Car rentals
The car page shows locations, categories, vehicles, display rates, comments, and questions that were supplied with the project. Daily figures are examples. They are not a live price and not an offer to reserve that car. The search form checks your details and does not request live inventory from a rental company. One location is used for both pickup and return.
Cruise inquiries
Cruise region pages are ideas for a trip, not a list of sailings for sale. Submitting the inquiry form stores your contact details and trip preferences and shows a reference beginning with FFE-C. That reference means the inquiry was saved. It does not mean a cabin is confirmed, and no payment is taken. The site does not email you automatically.
Results, inquiries, and reservations
- A search result or a display rate is information on this website. It is not a contract.
- An inquiry or contact message is a request for follow-up. It is not a confirmed reservation.
- A confirmed reservation would be made with a travel supplier or another seller, under that party’s terms. This website does not make that reservation.
Suppliers, availability, and prices
Airlines, Duffel, rental companies, cruise lines, and other sellers control their own availability, prices, schedules, vehicles, ships, and conditions of carriage or rental. FindFlightEasy does not operate those services. A price or schedule can change or disappear after you leave the page. Display rates on the car page can differ from a rate a rental desk would offer.
Links or data from another service, including Duffel, Google Fonts, and Unsplash photographs, are provided so the page can function or be read. Those services have their own terms. A problem at a supplier is not, by itself, a booking this website must repair.
Changes, cancellations, and refunds
Changes and refunds are described in the cancellation and refund policy. In short, this website does not take payment and does not issue refunds for travel it did not sell. A supplier that does take payment applies its own rules.
Permitted use of the site
You may view the pages and use the forms for your own travel planning. You may not copy the site, its text, or its layout to run a competing service, and you may not remove credits or labels that explain when a price is only display data. Photographs and fonts may belong to their owners. Nothing here transfers those rights to you.
Availability and technical errors
The site is provided as it runs. Searches, pages, and the database can be unavailable, slow, or wrong because of a technical fault, a missing API token, or a response from Duffel. The site may refuse a form that fails its checks. It does not promise uninterrupted access or that every airport, car, or sailing is covered.
Responsibility
FindFlightEasy is responsible for operating its own pages and forms with reasonable care. It is not the airline, the rental company, or the cruise operator for a trip booked with those suppliers, because this website does not confirm those trips.
To the extent the law allows, the site is not liable for a supplier’s delay, cancellation, price change, or refusal to honor a fare that was only displayed here. It is also not liable for a loss caused by information you entered incorrectly. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, including a responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

Updates, law, and contact
These terms can be updated by replacing this page. The effective date at the top will change with the wording. Older versions are not kept on the website. If you keep using the site after an update, the new terms apply to that later use.
